I love Fridays. I love shooting sessions on Fridays. Why? Because everyone is relaxed, and ready for the weekend… it’s so much easier to get those natural expressions when there isn’t work to be done…

I have had the best time working with this family. 2 amazing kids, 1 sweet-as-cupcakes newborn, and 2 really great parents (and a skiddish dog). This job gives me gifts like this every day.. capturing these moments that are SO rare – and so pure – and captivating.

3 months is a TOUGH age. It’s a child on the brink of knowing there’s “more” out there to see, and wanting mommy ALL of the time. There’s this fine line between the two, and capturing those in between moments is challenging – but so rewarding when it actually happens.
This is the sweetest little girl… and I’m guessing her favorite color when she grows up will be pink!

This little girl is 6, and she absolutely stole my heart!!! She arrived in my studio with a pink tutu, ballet shoes and the perfect attitude for pictures! She was fun, spunky, and knew exactly what she wanted from this session…

I had the BEST time shooting these pictures! I love it when I get to combine studio portraits with location portraits! These were photographed in our New Castle studio, and also out in the streets of this wonderful town. AND, can I just tell you how much I truly love it when a client walks in with a suitcase full of options! Ha! Makes my job so fun and easy!
