I wanted to post another short video I made from a recent Simple Artistry session. This one showcases photographs from a newborn session that included three generations of the family: grandmother, dad, and new baby! They were fun to work with and I wish them all the best

This couple’s love has stood the test of time– they’ve been together since high school, even when they were miles apart! Along with their maternity photographs, I wanted to share their new addition to the family– isn’t she sweet?

I have a TON of fun with these senior sessions because this age group is up for anything and they allow me to experiment with my photography a bit! This session was no exception, we got to get a little funky at the rundown buildings in Yorklyn, pairing pretty dresses with graffiti, and then headed over to Carousel Park to try to capture the love she has for a horse. All in all, I think the session went beautifully and I enjoyed the process!

Here are a few teasers from a recent maternity session I had where mama was willing to let me indulge my artistic side. I am posting just these few because even though we had so many more beautiful images, they are all too intimate for a public blog! I hope they had fun with this session and I can’t wait to get them in here once their new bean comes along

I wanted to post this short video slideshow I made from one of my recent Simple Artistry sessions. That is the session where you get all your digital files and no print order is placed. Fun, quick, and convenient!
I loved how the photographs from these two sessions turned out! When I was putting together their slideshow for proofing, the emotion and pure love for their new baby boy really came through and I was so touched by the images. I would love to post all the amazing images we got out of this shoot, but I will only put up these few teasers. This mama had a vision for her session and I think we delivered on that. I can’t wait for them to see everything!

These pictures come from our portrait event that benefitted the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. This beautiful girl came to me before for a model portrait session and she is a natural in front of the camera. I am glad that I also got to capture a few pictures of the whole family too!

I loved meeting this family and getting to know them! They were full of smiles and I know mom really wanted a picture with both of the boys, but life (and photos!) don’t always follow our plans. I hope they loved the shots we did get and I think the individual pictures with mom and son turned out really spontaneous and captured their happy spirits

This mother and son duo were such a pleasure to work with Having had portraits taken for years, they were so easy to photograph and we were able to capture effortlessly the playful moments of a boy growing up. The bond between mom and son was so evident and strong and I hope it came through in these photographs from their session!
