Jessica Barnak is a contemporary children’s photographer shooting in the Scranton/Wilkes Barre area. Her style is timeless, yet creative. It is intimate and moving – yet passionate with an artful flair. Jessica’s shooting style is unique and unexpected, and it is a great joy to create remarkable images of children…and their families.

Jessica shoots exclusively on location. Location work can take place at a park, your house or any location you choose (within a certain distance). Family sessions are always completed outside, so please keep that in mind when booking your session, and the time of year. Typically, family sessions are only offered from April through October (November if the winter is like it was this past year!). Child sessions are offered year-round – however during extreme cold, these will be completed either in your home or at an indoor location such as a retro hotel lobby, a museum, or even a cupcake shop!

Don’t hesitate to get creative with your session! Think outside the box when choosing a location – equestrian centers, ice cream parlors, bathtubs, and even a picnic in the park. The objective is to capture YOU as naturally as possible.
